Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very noisy at times but spacious with a lovely whirlpool. It was quite cold initially and took some time to warm up even with the heater. The service was generally friendly and accommodating, although they forgot to refresh our toiletries. The location was spectacular but had issues with the non-functioning hot tub. The dining experience was somewhat affected by renovations and being understaffed during peak times.
When I arrived at the hotel, the rooms smelled strongly of disinfectant, but they turned out to be adequate and comfortable. However, it was a bit inconvenient not being easily accessible with a luggage cart, and I had to carry my luggage up stairs. The rooms were quite old with no AC, so I had to open the window to cool down. The service, although not very helpful with wifi and electronics, was friendly and they even brought an electric kettle so we could make our own tea. The location was a lot better for me as a dog owner, providing a nicer place to walk my dogs, however, there were some repairs and renovations ongoing. The dining experience was good with nice and fresh food, and the friendly service staff added to the pleasant stay. The hotel had excellent facilities, including an indoor forest with a river running through it, but sadly the hot tub was not functioning during my stay.
The hotel offers spacious rooms above a compressor, featuring a lovely whirlpool. While cleanliness is lacking and the washroom may not meet expectations, the room size and amenities are impressive. Service is accommodating, although interactions could be more engaging. The location provides convenience for various activities, including restaurant dining. Despite some areas needing improvement, the overall experience is satisfactory.
The hotel has helpful and amazing service, but the location needs some improvements. The dining experience was excellent, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was nice and central, close to everything, but the rooms were old and in need of proper cleaning. The service was friendly, but there seemed to be an overall attitude issue. The dining setup was lovely, but limited options were available. Despite some downsides, the facilities were generally satisfactory.
